This disclosure statement has been created by Krios Logistics Inc. (“Qunex Professional”) to notify our customers regarding the personal data we handle as part of our business operations, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (“Law”) and its related legislation.

Your personal data is collected through the website, various contracts, and all kinds of information forms, either based on your explicit consent or within the scope of other data processing conditions stipulated by the Law.
This information is obtained to ensure that our commercial activities are conducted within the framework of the law, to enable Qunex Professional to sustain its business operations, and to fully and accurately fulfill its legal responsibilities.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS AS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
According to Article 11 of the Law, each data subject has the right to apply to Qunex Professional at the address stated above by sending a formal notice via a notary or by applying in person with identity verification;
a. To learn whether personal data is being processed,
b. To request information if personal data has been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
ç. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
d. To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
f. To request that the actions taken under items (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g. To object to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by means of the exclusive analysis of the processed data through automated systems,

Our communication channels and application methods for exercising the rights mentioned above are detailed in the data controller application form on our website. Applications submitted to us are responded to within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the request reaches our Company, depending on the nature of the request. If the evaluation and decision-making process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board’s tariff will apply.
CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As Krios Logistics Inc. (“Qunex Professional”), in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”). This Explicit Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of Qunex Professional customers for the following cases where the personal data processing conditions specified in the Law cannot be met.
In cases where explicit consent is not required, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Text, and in situations requiring explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the fundamental principles stated in the Clarification Text.
Accordingly, personal data is processed by Qunex Professional in accordance with
◦ Sending me communication messages and emails for sales, marketing, and promotional purposes related to products, services, stores, and campaigns,
◦ Identifying my opinions and complaints regarding products and services,
◦ Creating profiles and reports based on my preferences, hobbies, personal tastes, visited pages, orders, and complaints to provide more efficient and better service,
◦ Conducting marketing activities,
◦ Establishing my membership processes,
◦ Sending printed materials for membership and promotional/advertising purposes,
these data may be processed for the stated purposes and shared with the parties specified in the Clarification Text accordingly.
