This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between Krios Lojistik A.Ş. (“Seller”) and the Customer (“Buyer”) who makes purchases via the website or by telephone, within the scope of distance selling.

Buyer Information:
The Buyer hereby acknowledges and declares that the Buyer information provided is accurate and complete as of the date of approval of this Agreement.
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the delivery and payment terms of the logistics services or related other services ordered by the Buyer through the website or call center of Krios Logistics Inc.
Description and Price of the Service
The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with the service specified below:

The service fee will be paid by the Buyer after the order is completed, in accordance with the payment method. By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to pay the specified fee.
Service Delivery

Payment will be made prior to the order being confirmed and processed.
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
The Buyer has the right to cancel and return the service within 14 days in remote sales made over the internet. However, in some services such as logistics and transportation services, there is no right of return, and it is accepted that these services have begun to be provided at the time the Buyer places the order.
For a cancellation or return request to be valid, the Buyer must submit their requests in writing to [Seller’s Email Address]. Eligible return cases will be determined in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.
Liability and Rights
The Seller will exercise due care in the performance of the services, but in the event of any disruption or delay in the performance of the service, the Seller will notify the Buyer in advance.
If the Buyer identifies any deficiencies or errors in the service they have ordered, they must notify the Seller within 7 business days.
Confidentiality
The Seller shall keep the Buyer’s personal information confidential and shall not share it with third parties. The Buyer agrees that their personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the order.
Legal Disputes and Enforcement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and in the event of any dispute, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Validity
This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the order placed via the website or by telephone and shall terminate upon completion of the order. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the relevant legal regulations shall be applied.
